The Importance of Knowing What We Eat

     I know I have mentioned this in articles before, but awhile back I started studying up on herbs and health information. I still continue to do this.I love to ask people who know about health issues questions. I love to hear people talk about aliments so I can try to figure in my mind how and why they are having these aliments. I like to try to get to the root of the problem and not focus to much on symptoms. I have always had to research everything.  There is always more to learn.( Just like the Bible)  I am now really studying the effects that some foods have on our bodies. It is amazing the benefits of a healthy diet, proper sleep, and yes that awful thing called excersise.

    I am in my 30's now and I am seeing the cause and effect syndrome taking place. Years of abuse of either starving myself, or over doing it.  With the use of many  substances, an enviroment of unhealthy air, an a diet that would kill a lab rat. I  have done some major damage. I have now realized over the last few years the importance of a healthy diet. I  have and will continue to make changes to our diet over time.

   There are so many "diet"  specialist, so many different ideas. In my studies I have seen many alarming facts about the FDA, and the chemicals that they allow in our food. Most of which have proven to have had negative effects on our health, but because of big pharma and the big food industry real  reasearch is scoffed at. Millions and billions of dollars are spent to supress information on the toxins that we find in our food.

    My studies of course are not "scientific", they are just hours of studying documents, books, and websites. I always encouarge the readers of anything I write to do your own research. It may even save your life someday.

     Over time I will write a few little articles on food/ health.  I hope they are useful to you. We are just getting started!!
