Ok, you say what does this have to with salvation. Why would you put these articles you write on a web site that is specifically designed for expanding Christ's comming Kingdom???

For a while now I have been telling those who ask. Sometimes it is  those I just happen to get in a conversation about geopolitical events. Time seems to speeding up, and things seem to spiraling out of control. With the threat of terrorism be it state supported or if there are really bad guys out there who want to kill us " for our freedoms"( the government seems to be doing a good enough job of that) anyway, I digress. Needless to say we live in a time like no other in history. The geopolitical stage is set for who knows what?  As tensions heat up around the world and we spread "democracy" by the sword we are not not the "American Idol" of the world anymore. We may be setting ourselves us as lambs to slaughter.

There is also much talk of a major economic crash, or an event that would prevent us from being able to access our money.If our currency is still worth anything, if something were to happen.  Something like the bank over in England, or the intenet bank that went under this year. Which I have read was not the first one. What was intresting on there web site they said that they did not need to give advance notice. Something to think about.

The fact is that  there seems to be "the perfect storm" brewing behind the scenes just waiting for the right moment to make land fall. With this summers droughts, and crop damage we may be facing food shortages. I have been reading articles on main stream sites talking of a shortage of corn, wheat, and other grains." Oh, thats not a big deal some say". Well it is if you eat. These grains are important if you eat things like bread, chicken,beef, eggs, milk, butter,etc... Everything is effected by the supply and demand of grain , and when we have had record droughts, and have started using our corn for fuel, we may be in a little bit of trouble. This country does not only use the grains to feed it's people but we also import a lot of these things also.

Why are you boring us with so much information? My plan is not to bore you to death, it is to warn you so you do not starve to death. As Christians we are called not to worry. We are to be watchmen, and watch and warn others. I would ask you to please take these threats serious. My point being is take the time and get the neccessary things that you would need if a major event were to happen,( herbs, food etc.. )or some type of food shortage. You cant say that there has not been rising cost of food, oil, and gas just this year. As we start to see some shortages, as we are seeing in our organic co op this year already we will start to see the prices increase. I am not  trying to sound like doom and gloom, just a little encouragment about getting your house in order, especially for the winter. It's a good idea and hey if nothing happens you can always eat it!!! Buy it now while prices are still lower, and you can more for you ever sinking dollar.Gold and silver may be something else you may want to look into... Hey even our federal goverment say to have at least 2 weeks of food. Maybe they know something we don't! ~ MMc

It's just a small example, do your research and find out things you may need that would come in real handy if you have no electric, or an emergency should arise
